Forward of the discharge of Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon Metropolis subsequent week, now we have an unique new featurette that briefly dives into the connection between the film’s manufacturing crew and the online game sequence’ improvement crew at Capcom. Test it out in full above.
One enjoyable tidbit detailed within the trailer is director Johannes Roberts sneaking in nods to his favourite video games within the sequence:
“Director Johannes [Roberts] actually loves the video games, so there are plenty of Easter eggs within the film,” Capcom producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi says within the video. “Certainly one of my private favorites is, although the film relies on video games 1 and a pair of, director Johannes snuck in a few of his favourite components from a later sport. Hope you will discover it.”
