Hidekazu Yukawa, former managing director of SEGA on the time of the Dreamcast’s launch and dubbed by followers as ‘Mr. Sega’, has handed away, it has been revealed.
Famitsu shared the information that Yukawa, 78, handed as a result of problems from pneumonia final June. His household selected to maintain this information non-public till immediately.
Yukawa stepped into the position of managing director in 1998 and since an unlikely star, showing in loads of adverts for the Dreamcast and even on the field for the console when it launched in Japan.
